How can I display Latest Posts on Mobile Theme?

    Currently I’m using NewsMag premium wordpress theme for pc. I’ve built my homepage with WpBakery Visual Composer. And Now I want to use Bootstrap Ultimate as my blog’s mobile theme. I’ve installed a plugin named TW Mobile Switch Domain to track the mobile devices. But I want to show latest posts on the home page instead of my static page. What can I do now?
