How can I disable registration deadline?

  • The reg deadline date can be edited only if selling tickets with woocommerce. But when I turn this feature off the event still says ‘Reg Deadline’ with no way to edit the reg deadline date or even turn it off.

    The only way I have found to change the reg deadline is to once again enable woocommerce ticket selling – edit it – then disable woo commerce ticket selling.

    Is there a better way please? Can reg deadline be turned off?

    @jchamie Thank you for your queries. You can keep blank the filed “Registration Deadline” from admin for an Event. Thus Event “Registration Deadline” will not be shown in frontend.

    Do you think an option will be helpful on this. Regards.

    Ok I see. To do that I had to turn the woocommerce ticket selling on so that the field appears. Then I deleted the date (I didn’t realise could highlight and delete because the date picker pops up). Then I turned off the woocommerce ticket selling.

    Yes a reg deadline on/off switch would help (under Date Format Settings perhaps?)
