hello

I may have missed a step, but I watched a video to apply the weight based shipping settings using the plugin, “Woocommerce Weight Based Shipping” to my products.

When adding the product to the cart both the “Flat Rate Shipping” that I have set up for my other products/categories AND the “Weight Based shipping” show up. I only want the “weight based shipping” to show up for all my products in the “Mugs” category.

How can I delete the Flat Rate Shipping from one category?

1. DETAILS:
WordPress:Version 5.9.3
WooCommerce: Version 6.4.1
Weight Based Shipping: Version 5.3.20
PHP: Version 7.4.29 (Supports 64bit values)

I only have 2 mugs with a set weight of 1 lb. 8 oz.
Measurements: 5x5x5 inches

4. I expect to see
— Weight Based Shipping – Mugs: $13.00

5. I do see instead:
– USPS First Class Mail (1-5 Business days): $4.00 (I WANT TO DELETE THIS OPTION)
– Weight Based Shipping – Mugs: $13.00

Hello,

Weight Based Shipping doesn’t have an option to disable all other plugins.

What you can do instead is to show both flat and weight-based rates conditionally with our advanced shipping plugin. I have set up a quick example to show how that works.

Thank you for the info. Unfortunately I do not think that this will work for me, because if the customer has both options of the flat rate and weight based, they will most likely opt for the flat rate as it much cheaper, based on the setting I need to have it for all of my other products listed on my site. ??
