How can I delete files inside the folders easily

    Hello

    I want to delete all the files inside the folder I created with Filebird. But instead, it moves them to uncategorized folder which is not what I want. Is there a way to delete all those files inside that specific folder?

    Thanks for the reply. Tried this method, but there are 1700 files in that folder, so it is impossible to bulk select them all. And even if we selected 100 each time, they won’t get deleted. Is there another way?

    Hi @ceyhunyildiz ,

    Inside the “Uncategorized”, have you tried to delete them again, and what happened?
    Also, please deactivate FileBird and try to delete media files again, lets see the behaviour this way?

    Just tried, same result. When I select 100 products and delete them, only the first 10-20 of them gets deleted and the action stops.

    Hi there,

    What you described above is the situation when you deactivated FileBird and tried deleting the media files, right?

    I tried to delete the images from uploads folder with FTP method and Filezilla, even though I deleted the media files from there, it still shows up on Filebird and the number of files within that folder is not decreased.

    Again, please deactivate FileBird, and then use FTP means to delete the media files, lets know the behaviour?
