How can I delay the sending of the notification email in Forminator?

Hi i’m looking for a solution that allows notifications to be sent at precise date and hour. Is it possible to customize the solution above, so the notification is sent at an hour and time determined with date/time fields by users?

Furthermore, is it possible to apply that to one notification only, so the admin notification remain sent instantly ?
