How can i customize my admin email notification message body

i have a registration field where i use
four field ….
1.Name :
2. Email:
3. Telephone
4. Check listwhen i submite i get a admin email only show two field data user name: and user email:
but i need all this four data in admin email notificatin ..please help me how can i customize my admin email notification
