how can i create grids in WP Bootstrap Starter theme

WP Bootstrap Starter theme is the best theme ever! Thanks for this great work. Please my issue is how can i make homepage with this theme to be in grid form with colums similar to what “BS3 GRID Builder plugin” can do on a non WP Bootstrap Starter theme website.
My question is with WP Bootstrap Starter theme, can i have post in my homepage to be in grid forms or a kind of multiple columss similar to what “BS3 GRID Builder plugin” can do on a non WP Bootstrap Starter theme website.
in using WP Bootstrap Starter theme, site remains the same like twentyfifteen theme. with a borring one column layout of post.
Any help or how i can get this done with WP Bootstrap Starter theme?
