How can I control the width of the filters sidebar

I have the plugin working well but have run into a problem. On narrower screens the left sidebar with the filters is getting pushed below the product display. How would you recommend styling the plugin to keep it visible?
Here’s a link to my development site. You can see the problem if you set the screen width to 768px.
