How can I change white space amount?

Hi again,
I am playing around with the recipe card and settings and there are a few things I don’t know how to change.
1- When I choose the paragraph setting or div setting for Instructions, There is a lot of white space between the title Instructions and the actual directions.
How can I change this white space amount?
2- How can I change the white space amount between the prep time settings and the main Image?
3- How can I change the white space between the main recipe and the additional recipe which starts with ‘!’?
4- How can I (to keep the recipe clean) put something on a seperate line without it generating a seperate number or bullet for that line, as it is not a seperate instruction?I hope I have been clear enough in my descriptions. I have a few more questions but I think I will have to post them in a new topic.
