How can I change this translation if its located inside “.ibd” files?

Hello!

My website is still on localhost.

I would like to change an original string whose translation is inconsistent with other translations. Unfortunately, TranslatePress was unable to do this for this particular string.

Using “findstr /i /s /m sacola *.*”, I managed to determine that none of the files inside the sites’s folder in htdocs contain this string.

Searching inside “C:\xampp\mysql\data”, I managed to located it inside three files:

wp_options.ibd
wp_trp_dictionary_pt_br_en_us.ibd
wp_trp_original_strings.ibd

How can I edit such files? I tried installing Loco Translate but the string couldn’t be found there either.
