How can I change the fonts and Navigation bar colors on Theme : Trident Lite

  • I am using the theme Trident lite. I want to specifically get rid of the red and black colors.

    Red is the hovering color and black in the main solid color

    The red color also apears on the post and say un categorized.

    Is there a way I can change it using css manager ?
