how can i change the content background color from white to black???

Could you please try to apply the following CSS code through the Simple Custom CSS plugin or child theme’s style.css?

.page-wrap .content-wrapper{
  background-color: #000;
}

Your code changes background color of both content and sidebar areas.
Please tell me how to change background color of only content area (not sidebar or anything else)?
