how can i change output (email data)

it looks like this :
You receiver a message
Your Name: abc
Email: [email protected]
Telephone: 789654
Message: test smtplast
I wants to change it like this:

test smtplast.
abc
[email protected]
789654

I would need to add a option to the plugin to not display the labels.
