• Hello,

How can I change multisite password reset to go to the subsite instead of the main site?

When a user on a subsite requests a password reset the link they receive in email takes them to a password reset page on the network’s main site.

How can I change this so that the link takes them to a password reset page on the subsite domain from which they requested the reset?

    Thank you,

    Chris

This is the same behavior as WordPress. Implementing this is possible, but beyond the scope of this support forum.

    Thank you Jeff.

Could you share any ideas about how this could be implemented?

I’ve searched and I’ve found a plugin that others have claimed can help resolve this–but your TML plugin is more important and I don’t want to install something that could possibly conflict with TML.

Do you know about this plugin and if it would work alongside of TML without pain?

I’m also asking the Profile Builder developer the same question.

    Thank you,

    Chris

I don’t know about the plugin, sorry.

    Hey Jeff,

I just tested Profile Builder and it allows the password reset email to link to the subsite.

Is that something available (or available sometime soon) for TML?

    Thank you,

    Chris
