How can I build the profile questions?

    Hello there!
    Please help me to understand how can I build the cells to create questions for the profile ? When I go to profile on dashboard it only show a square text box! you do not have any sample that we can fallow and place the questions or check mark box already done to just lace the questions in. How can I build it. I am not sure if I am missing something because it can not be that way with a box text to right in. Please help me. Thank you. Denise.
