But, this category has more than 200 products. It would be easier do exclude the category.

this is a procedure I’ve never done and I’m afraid of doing something wrong and damaging the database. We will block one by one. Maybe it would be a good upgrade to the plugin in the future. Thank you!

If you have a staging environment or a local installation, you can try that first on that, that way you will not affect your production site. For staging sites, we recommend the plugin WP Staging.
