How can I avoid disclosing my SSN to Woocommerce?

Apologies if this question is off-topic for this forum but I am trying to setup WooCommerce. It says:

What information should I have at hand before I start the “Know Your Customer” process?
Here's a brief list of the information you'll need to finish payment signup:

Business owner info:
Legal name
Date of birth
Home address
Email address
Mobile phone number
Bank account information
Social Security number (SSN) or Taxpayer Identification Number

Business info:
Country where your business is based
Type of businesss
Industry
Company address
Company phone number
Company URL

I don’t want to be providing any personal information to Woocommerce. I want to run my business as a separate entity and can provide its EIN and bank account number but not mine. How can I do this? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
