How can I automatically publish same content on two blogs

  • I want to publish the content of my self hosted wordpress blog on another, can anybody tell me how to do this, the two blogs are for Jobs
    /Vacancies
    so I expect them to have similar contents with a little modifications

    are there any for this? the wp-o-matic appears to be old and not updated
