    Thank you for letting us know about the issue. It seems to be an isolated environment issue related to your WordPress and/or other plugin settings. Anyway, is the website hosted in a managed WordPress account?, also, could you please navigate to the wp-admin/update-core.php using the same WP user that you used when demonstrating the issue in the video, and on that page could you please capture the screen but make sure you capture the entire page by scrolling down to the bottom of the page or by zooming out the content in your browser tab and send us the image. If it’s not too much to ask, could you also open Network tab on your developer console and then try to click on the “Disable auto updates” button for Plugins, look for a admin-ajax.php?action=eum_axios_ajax URL request, click on it and copy the value that you get from the Response tab (as shown below) and paste them here.
