How can I assign a staff to process the estimate/invoice ?

    Dear Sprout Estimates/Invoices team,

    We are now integrating successfully ninja forms with sprout plugin and so customer can request to get a estimate as his requirement.

    The automated estimate is assigned to Admin as author who will process it.

    How can we add or assign another specialized staff to solve the estimate?

    Hi –

    Thank you for reaching out, I don’t think assigning staff members to estimates is something Sprout offers out of the box but could probably set it up using a hook. This many require some advanced level coding so you may need to incorporate your developer or a freelancer to help with this.

    Here are some custom Sprout Invoices hooks, you may be able to modify one and incorporate it into your functionality.
