I have installed the plugin and it looks good. But on this moment when a customer made a order he coma directly a invoice. I would check first if the product are avaible and then switch the order on hold. On that moment I will send the invoice to the customer.
    Is this possible?

    With kind regards,

    Wil

    Hi Wil,
If you disable all attachments except for the ‘Customer Invoice’ and perhaps the ‘Completed Order’ emails, you should be good. The Customer Invoice email is manual email.

    Hi Ewout,

Thanks for thr suggestiom. But is see no result. In the plugin only activate Invoice(Customer) but when I place a order the customer become directly the invoice. In the plugin I don’t have a option “Complete order”I’m working with the Dutch free version.

    With kind regards,

How can I that related at the order status in WooCommerce?

    Hello Wil,
With the new settings, the invoice will be sent as soon as you set the order to the ‘Completed’ order status. Alternatively, if you go into the order details, you can manually send the ‘Custom Invoice’ email (‘Klantfactuur’) from the top right, under ‘Order actions’ (‘Bestelling-acties’).

    Hope that helps!

You’re welcome! That email is an official WooCommerce email, so you can change it via the WooCommerce templates or with a plugin (there are several email customizer plugins out there). Good luck!
