    Hello,

    How can I apply Max Mega Menu to a default WordPress Navigation block?

    Using Kadence WP Pro/paid theme and plugins.
    Using Kadence Elements for headers.
    In the Element header I’ve added a default WordPress Navigation block.
    I am NOT using any WP or Kadence “Menu locations” (e.g. Primary, Secondary, Mobile, etc.).

    I tried using Max Mega Menu > Menu Locations > Add another menu location, to assign Max Mega Menu to a new location. It “worked,” but no Max Mega Menu styles appear in this WP Navigation block.

    1. I clicked Add another menu location,
    2. I typed in a Location Name,
    3. I selected the radio button next to the correct menu in the list.
    4. I saved it, cleared cache, and nothing changed.

    Thank you for your help getting Max Mega Menu to work with default WordPress Navigation blocks.

    Hi SmileWP,

    You’ll need to remove the default navigation block and replace it with the Max Mega Menu block. Unfortunately the gutenberg navigation block is not backwards compatible with menus created using the existing Appearance > Menus screen (it uses a completely different method).
