How can I allow more then 360 characters in a post "preview" on the main page.

I created a site and the theme I am using only shows the first 360 characters in the post, and then shows […].

My theme: Retro-fitted 0.1

My site is {[embarrassing moments . herobo.com]} (Trying to make it so Google does not show this when the website is searched…)

Please explain in detail how to allow at least 700 characters.
