How can I add this this footer/ bar?

  • I want to add one of those grey/ black bars to the bottom of my site, with links to pages etc.

    I’m sure there must be a plug-in (or perhaps it’s already an option), but it doesn’t help that I don’t know what the bar is called!

    I used Thesis on WordPress…
