How can I add shortcodes in product excerpts

Hi @zotezo,

Are you wanting to include a shortcode in the product shot description and have it show on that product’s page? If so you can just add the shortcode to the product short description. Typically it should appear just below the product name and price.

I took a look at that URL and I do see unrendered shortcodes in the text.

A few questions for you.

• Do these shortcodes work in other parts of the site, like in a page or post?
• Have you tried temporarily switching themes to the Storefront or Twenty Twenty-one themes?
