How can i add place for discussion below each question?

    Hi there.

    I want to know how can i add discussion icon below each question so that users discuss about answer.

    And second thing , i want to make fixed chart in quiz which allows users to see no of questions present and allow them directly to visit specific question by clicking question number on chart. Because navigation in 100 question quiz is difficult for users . that is not user friendly.

    Please help me in this issue.
