How can I add my custom image to one block on home page

I want to add and upload my custom image to one block on home page. I’m having problems to find the right folder and file to add my image to asteria pro icon library and save it there. After that I just want to pick that image from the list of available icons and save it. Pleas tell me how can I do it.
