I used your 2 plugins “Modal Window” and “Side Menu”. I want to combine these. I want to add a side menu tab and on click it should open the modal. But no matter what I try. It does not work.

    1. Create a modal window
    2. In option “Show a modal window” select -> “Click on a link (with an #anchor link)”
    3. Copy and paste the shortcode, such as [Wow-Modal-Window id=1] to where you want the modal window to appear.
    4. Create Menu Item
    5. In option “Item type” select -> “modal window”
    6. Enter ID in “Modal window ID”, such as “wow-modal-id-1”

    3. Copy and paste the shortcode, such as [Wow-Modal-Window id=1] to where you want the modal window to appear.

I am not sure what you mean by where you want to modal to appear. I want the modal window to pop up on my screen when I click the side menumselection button icon. Where do I put the link for the modal window in this case? Do I put it in the side menu Modal Window Id box? and how do I format it. Do I need the square brackets? Right now I have the modal window id as: [Wow-Modal-Windows id=1] but the modal window does not show up when I click the button on the side menu.

    Can you show the page?

    Side Menu settings
This is what I have in my side menu setup. I am trying to open the modal window as indicated the modal windows ID is shown in the following screenshot.
    Nodal Window menu
So how do I get this to work because right now when I click the button for Contacts nothing happens.

Insert in option Modal Window Id – wow-modal-id-2
Insert shortcode [Wow-Modal-Windows id=2] in a page content, where you want the modal window to appear.
