    Just like the?Sitelinks, they are called One-line sitelinks.

    One-line site links can appear on different types of queries/search terms. They can go to other pages on a site or jump directly to the content within pages using fragment (#).
    ?
    However, like the normal sitelinks, it is not possible to remove or control which links are shown on the search results under the description as Google chooses them automatically.
