    How can I add “line” sectors (with titles) on my forms? Like “Personal Questions”, “Professional Questions”? Thanks!

    To do what you describe, you can use a Section Divider field – available with any paid license. Here’s a screenshot of what a Section Divider looks like in a form: https://cloud.supportally.com/0C3M3G1k1r3K
