How Can I add language files

Hello
I finished translate plugin to Arabic Language by Poedit and Now I have 2 files yop_poll-ar_SA.mo and yop_poll-ar_SA.po I added these files to languages folder but nothing happened, What is the best way to Add Language to Plugin?
