How can I add customizable social media icons a theme template please?

We are using a standard “Neve” template for our website. If you scroll to the very bottom, you will see it has three social media icons (under “Connect with us”) that were there from the template. However, after wasting hours of my time, I have grown to discover that, bizarrely, the URLs for these icons can’t be edited! I’ve been informed these social icons come from the Otter Blocks plugin and there is no option to customize the links.

Could somebody please tell me how I may add customizable social media icons in this slot?

I am not using Elementor etc. Simply wish to add social media icons with our own URLs.

I’m stuck with these useless uneditable social icons.
