How can I add another language ?

I have the language file (.po). How can I import it ?

I’m so sorry But I don’t get my answer there you said.
I know that for importing .po files I should be a validator .
Could I be the validator ?
I have been translated a lot of sources plugins softeares and etc.
And now I’m the validator for bp-media translation to persian .
