How can I activate The Single Post Template in my elementor settings ?

Hello,
I have seen some tutorials in Youtube about how to create a global single post template for my posts. So that I will use the same template whenever I create a new post.
The YT guide was simple: Templates –> create new –>> single post –>> then CREATE button.
The problem is that I don’t have this option of SINGLE POST in my elementor, and by the way it is up to date (Free version). please see the image below:
How to fix this ?

I have another issue, below every post, I see social media sharing button, how can remove them ? or disable them, because they can’t be removed with elementor editor.
