• Hi,
Is there any plugin I can use to remove some function which cliged to my <head> and “hijacked” a JS snippet – now caosing an 404 error.
I identified this function, and just want to remove it, but I don’t have an access to the sourc code of my site. I can only insert new snnipets to it, but not to remove any.
may you all be blessed (and help me ?? )

  • Hi,

you can edit your file with ftp client, with cpanel or directly from wordpress dashboard – Appearance – Editor

    Thanks Peter.
I’m quite newbie, so if you could kindly provide some more detailed explanation about the alternative options of accessing the code of my site – supposed I can’t use the Appearance-> Editor feature.

Alternately, it could be a great help if you know how can I find the Editor.

** Important comment: I’m using the credentials of the site admin, and this is the only admin AND user of the site.

    Thanks again ??

If you can not use editor, then just use ftp or access file via ftp.
You have to ask your hosting provider for credentials what you can use with ftp.
If you are not familiar with ftp, you have to search on google how to use it.
