  • This feature was the major draw for me to add this plugin. But, really?… it doesn’t work?

I don’t understand why plugins that don’t work or have not undergone sufficient testing are made available to the public. It just ends up wasting the user’s time: installing it, trying it out, scratching their heads, troubleshooting, contacting support and waiting, waiting, waiting. I guess the developers of these plugins use us as their guinea pigs to try them out so they can be refined… but this practice doesn’t seem ethical unless people are given warning up-front that it may not work with their particular platform, system, server, etc., etc., etc.

I hope your problem is resolved easily– your gingerbread products are very nice! I’ll be checking back to see if help is on the way. I feel your pain!

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

The plugin provides two options to attach pictures with reviews:

    1. On aggregated review forms (generated after sending a review reminder). To enable upload of pictures there, please tick the checkbox “Attach Media” on “Review Reminder” tab in the plugin’s settings.

    2. On WooCommerce product pages. To enable upload of pictures there, please tick the checkbox “Attach Images” on “Review Extensions” tab in the plugin’s settings.

I hope this answers your question!
