how can customers unsubscribe from the newsletter?

This option is not available now.

And it’s possible to create this option in plugin’s codes? It’s an important extra because it is expected by GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). If costumers subscribes to newsletter, they must have the chance to unsubscribe at anytime. So it’s important to add, in the email, a link for unsubscribe from newsletter.
This can be a tip for the next version of plugin. Thank you!

Our plugin does not do that job. If you use Mailchimp api then when you send emails to your customers, you have to create an unsubscribe button or link in emails with Mailchimp system. Same for other email api that’s available with our plugin.

Although this option does not exist now, it’s possible to create a DELETE query that removes Costumers from Newsletter? Maybe with a shortcode that creates a button.

I’ve decided to not use Mailchimp. I use your plugin to send a discount to people subscribed to the newsletter. Your plugin allows to export email in CSV file. So I transfer this file in another plugin that sends Newsletter. The Other plugin is Email Subscribers. Email subrsibers allows to insert, in all newsletter email, a button that unsubscribes costumers. So the email is remove from it’s database, but it remains in yours. How I can insert the possible to remove email from yours database automatically, if costumers decide to removes from Newsletter.

Why do you need to remove those unsubscribe emails from our plugin’s database? If you need to remove emails automatically from our plugin database, you have to detect when a customer unsubscribes from your Newsletter using Email subrsibers and then delete it from database programatically because our plugin stores emails as a postype.
