How can completely get rid of JetPack?

    I made a jetpack account and it destroyed my ability to password protect my website through cPanel. I deactivated JetPack, but whatever it did won’t release. I went to cPanel and reset the password protection, but it isn’t working now. Does anyone know if there’s a way to completely go back to before I activated JetPack? thank you!

    Hi James! I ended up restoring my site to the previous day and that got all the heebie-jeebies out of it, so I was able to delete JetPack. Everything is back to like it was before JetPack, so all’s good. Thank you for responding! :).

    Glad you’ve got it resolved. If you wouldn’t mind sharing a bit more info about what password protection option was conflicting, we’ll note it. Was it .htaccess based?
