How can admin see its own images separately

However, I feel there could be slight improvement.
Instead of putting it in options page, you could give an option in the dropdown as I have shown in the image https://www.tiikoni.com/tis/view/?id=6925b81
This will allow admin to switch quickly from “only admin” to “show all”.

Just curious to see if there has been any progress on adding an option to the dropdown of “only admin” to “show all”? I think this is a fantastic idea and really look forward to the possibility of this.
