    Hi, I can’t figure out where and how to configure the ability to request a withdrawal after the company ends. Could you please tell me how to do this?

    And one more thing: is it possible to add a payment method using Mycred?

    Hi @koka777,

    Greetings! Hope you’re doing great.

    You can add the payment methods available in the Settings > Payment (screenshot). As an admin, you can withdraw the payment from your account.

    In order to use, MyCred you have to integrate the Payment method to WooCommerce.

    After the end of the campaign, the amount will be transferred to the respective destination according to the payment method you set up. Please check the video for a better understanding.

    If you select the payment type as woocommerce, any woocommerce-supported payment method will work. You can check at your end. Let us know if you find any issues.

    Hi Ahmed Amir Hossain,

    I created a test user from this account and created a new campaign. I made a matching donation by another user so that the campaign would end when it reached the required amount of funds. The collection is over and the campaign is over. Then I don’t understand where to find the appropriate item or setting for the user to request from their Dashboard to withdraw funds for the corresponding campaign! I also looked through all the available admin settings in both WooCommerce and FundEngine, but I couldn’t find how I could make a payment to the user for his completed campaign!

    Maybe I don’t understand something because it’s the first time I’ve ever seen something like this. Thank you for your support!

    Hi koka777,

    Hope you are doing fine. The donated amount will be transferred to the respective amount as per the payment method. If you select the payment method “direct bank” transfer, then the amount will be transferred to your bank account after every donation. If the method is PayPal then the amount will be transferred to the PayPal account. The process is the same for the other methods as well. Please check the documentation for a clearer understanding.

    Hi Ahmed Amir Hossain,

    If I understood you correctly, each donation is transferred to my account selected in the settings, and after the campaign created by another user is completed, I personally have to contact that user and transfer money to their account.


    Is this correct?

    I hope everything is going well for you. Please allow me to clarify the procedure for you again. If your payment method is PayPal, then every single donation made by the user will be credited to your PayPal account. The user transfers the money into your bank account if the payment is made through a direct bank transfer. I hope you understand the procedure.

    @ahmedamir, Even I have the same doubt and struck with it. I am admin. Fundraiser starts a campaign. A donor donates 1000 and I as an admin will receive it in my account and I change the donation status to Success. Now I send the amount to Fundraiser after the campaign end. Even after sending the amount, in the dashboard of FundRaiser, the balance will still be 1000 which is the raised amount. Fundraiser withdrawal request process is not there and also the balance cannot be changed even after the fundraiser has been paid so his dashboard will still show the total funds raised as his balance.
