How can a phone number type is added to Qr code

I see some qr codes gives option to directly call, if a phone number is encrypted.
How to do this with vaiso qr code?
I use
do_shortcode(“[vasaioqrcode s=’128′ x=’L’ t=’PNG’ b=’2′ c=’000000′ bg=’FFFFFF’ p=’7′ a=’1′ e=’0′ m=’$phone’]”);
It works, but the qr reader in the mobile doesn’t give option to call
