How can a customer cancel the subscription?

    How can a customer cancel the subscription? We need this feature on the free version of the plugin.

    Do you have a function or hook to do this?

    Hello @cristianstaan,

    with this version of the plugin the subscription are managed by PayPal. So the customer must cancel the subscription (or the billing agreement if you are using WooCommerce PayPal Payments) from their PayPal account.

    Hi, what if we’re using Stripe for recurring payments? My friend told me that customers will receive a monthly reminder email to confirm if they want to continue their subscription that month. Does it work that way?

    I am also using Stripe. How can the customer cancel their subscription through ‘My Account’? The subscription product is showing up as an order, not a subscription so there is no way to cancel it.
