How avoid notification to site admin too

This usually happens when another plugins is causing a conflict.
Do you have any other comment plugins installed or plugins that use the comments system for something else? An example of this would be a review plugin.

No, I don’t have any plugin of this kind…

Looking at the list, my first guess would be the Easy WP SMTP plugin overriding a setting somewhere. If you deactivate this, does it work as expected?

I made deeper investigations and I discover that messages arrive to the selected recipient in your plugin, but ALSO to me, the site first administrator, the one you set when you install WP.
Did I miss some setting?

Is the extra admin email address the same as another admin on the site? Or is it a completely separate email address that you added in WordPress Admin > Settings > General?

Anyway, I think I figured out why I ([email protected]) I was receiving a copy of comment/notifications. I didn’t flag off these settings https://prntscr.com/-TaGGJPh9G_y
