How are users Notified of like content

  • Using BP 1.0 and WP 3.8 and I can see that I like the content but I tested it with a user I created and there is no notification that the other member liked the activity…and when you do like something and you refresh the page it does not show that you liked it…it goes back to like. When I cached the page it showed I liked it but as mentioned before other is not notified…thanks for this plugin and I do understand it still in beta.

    Currently notifications aren’t implemented, it’s something I’ll be adding in once the plugin is more stable and tested. I don’t think I’ll ever support BP 1.0 unfortunately, the amount of headaches may just be way to high to support a version so far back.
