How am I to acquire the best application form plugin…?

  • I am looking for a contact/application form that allows flexible customization of questions and a file attachment system (one that applicants can use to attach a resume along with submitting the form).

    I tried purchasing the Web Forms 3.0 software, but upon uploading it via FTP I ran into wp-config.php file problems and the site went down (I must not have installed it properly). Furthermore, the program did not seem very flexible – there were nice pre-made templates, but I couldn’t find a way to customize the questions myself (which, needless to say, is a primary necessity for developing an application form).

    Can someone please recommend an application form plugin or software that fits my purposes?
