How am I expected to use it?

You need to fill in the metadata once. Once the metadata is filled it is not required to be filled during the second run.

That’s a good one, but… how would you fill those metadata?

Do Title, Description and Password, for example, apply to everything? I mean… why doesn’t it get the metadata simply from the exported values? Do you have any examples to guide users to this process?

I see for example a “Unique key *” mandatory field, what the heck would this be? ??

Or how would I import the images from the other WP instance?
To give you a complete picture, I’ve used the “Export media with selected content” plugin to create the XML I’m trying to import using this plugin.

Sorry for the newbie ones, not entirely a newbie in the field honestly ?? but never had to deal with such things before.
