how allow visitors to add their profiles and post their products

hie guys, i am creating a website were people get to create their profiles and then post the pictures of some of the products they are selling and the listed items will appear in a page, i also want visitors to post text concerning something they are looking for and if they have an image they can then send , these will then appear on some pages and available for viewing
