How do I set up Webba so that my users dont need to be WP administrators?

My salon clients want their users to see their own schedules, but I can’t see how to do this without them all being admins. I don’t want them having access to the whole back end of WordPress!!

I can’t see it mentioned in your documentation.

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hi,

You need to set the “Available to users” option of the service.

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

    Ah of course! Thank you.

Second question: I see from experimenting that the user has to be at least a “Contributor”. How can I make a ‘service/schedule user’ just a WP Subscriber so they have no admin abilities like creating posts?

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hi,

We recommend to use a AAM to restrict an access to other parts of the WP dashboard.

    Hi,
For common. Is it so that administrator only can create first services, and after that can be assingn “Available to users”?
Well. If i’m superadmin for multisite installation, i do not like to ask what kind of services all subsite-admins could have for them and do their job.

As i have cleaned admin panel visibility for below administrator, webba is not displaying for example editor-rights. Commonly this is bad if you do not like to give administrator rights for “webba-admins”.

Or did i miss something with this?

    Hi,

Do you mean, you need to allow creating / deleting services for not-admin users?

yes, i like to delegate as much tasks to deputy as possible ??
Otherwise using this plugin needs admin-work. And with this, access to all site settings also…

The user-access part of plugin is planed to be reworked.
