how add link to breadcrumb for the current product category

We handle term ancestors so maybe its a breadcrumb powered by your theme.

I tried switching it to default theme but cant get any result–

I am trying to figure out how to make the current product category’s breadcrumb be a link rather than just text.

Ex:
Home >> Category >> subcategory

“Home” and “Category” are links to their respective pages, but “subcategory” is text. I want to add a link to the breadcrumb for “subcategory” so it shows up in rich snippets in search results. Currently, SERPs are displaying the link to “Category” instead of “subcategory”.

Is there a way to make the breadcrumb for the current page be a link instead of plain text?

I have a link to Home & Mens Leather to thier respective URLs But bottomwear is just a plain text.
I am lay to code so can you pls tell me a solution in detail?

I don’t think there is an SEO benefit to linking to your own site like this ?? But bosses know best right ˉ\_(ツ)_/ˉ

This behaviour is hardcoded https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/blob/master/includes/class-wc-breadcrumb.php#L201 If you want it to work differently, you’ll need to make your own breadcrumb manually.

Override and replace https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/blob/master/templates/global/breadcrumb.php
