By default, it automatically displays the +1 button on every post and page, but if you’d like to target only specific posts or pages, you can simply set the options up as follows.
1. Go to Settings > Google +1
2. In the Google +1 box position section, select the option Manually position the box using shortcode or widget
3. Press Save Changes
Then, in every page or post where you’d like the Google button to show up, simply include the following shortcode:
